The previously-advertised Overwatch Winter Wonderland event is now live on PC, and has an accompanying trailer. I believe it’s supposed to have an accompanying page on Blizzard’s site too, but that’s giving an “Internal Error” at the time of writing. It’ll turn up shortly, I’m sure. As talked about by Jeff Kaplan in the developer video about the returning Winter Wonderland event, it brings a pair of Mei brawls (more snowball fights, and a Yeti-themed 5v1), more legendary skins, and a festive makeover for several maps....

A big event like PAX West 2019 means another chance for gaming companies to show off their upcoming products. PAX West is especially primed for big reveals and demoes because of its proximity to the holiday season. With Gamescom and E3 behind us, it might be the last chance devs have to use a giant public forum to tempt us to buy their games. Catherine: Full Body, a remastered version of the 2011 puzzle game, is getting Persona 5 DLC, featuring a full English voice over. A trailer was shown, during the Catherine: Full Body Experience and E3 Celebration, which revealed the Joker + Phantom Thieves DLC. It looks the same as the Japanese DLC that released for the game last year. Check it out: That DLC let players assume the role of Joker in its Coliseum and Babel modes, and it included commentary by the Phantom Thieves as well as music from the Persona 5 soundtrack....

Persona 5 Royal Social Stats is a different kind of experience system that affects how you interact with other characters. Depending on how you spend your free time, stats increase in five areas: Knowledge, Guts, Proficiency, Kindness, or Charm can increase. Unlike EXP, which increases when fighting Shadows and exploring dungeons, these slowly increase one by one depending on which characters you interact with, or food or media you consume on your limited timetable....

Asobo just released the latest development update for Microsoft Flight Simulator over on the sim’s official blog page. This new update doesn’t contain a huge amount of new information, but it does make one special announcement. A new player test for future Microsoft Flight Simulator updates regarding performance improvements is coming soon. Called the “Flighting,” Asobo will once again invite members of the simming community to test a special pre-release version of the next big update for Microsoft Flight Simulator....

PlayStation 4 system software 3.50 is launching tomorrow, and Sony has confirmed exactly what features will be included. Key amongst the new features is PC Remote Play, plus a range of changes that make it easier to connect with friends. Developer Krafton has really embraced its South Korean side for PUBG this year. The battle royale’s latest map, Taego, is based on the autumn landscape of the country. Last month, the South Korean soccer star Son Heung-Min along with Son-branded items were added to the game.
