PUBG Corp. has announced that it will be rolling out the Sanhok map for PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds for another round of testing this weekend. The fourth and final test period for the tropical-themed battleground will kick off at 3.00am BST on June 1 and will wrap up on June 4 at 12.00pm BST. As always, it’ll be open to anyone who has purchased the last-man-standing-shooter for Steam. PUBG Corp. plans on outfitting the map with a bunch of new additions once it gets a full release, including extra vehicles (one of which includes the three-wheeled Tukshai) and a new weapon....

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Mobile (PUBG Mobile) has revealed a series of in-game clues that point towards an epic crossover event with the upcoming release of the film Godzilla: King of the Monsters. While the event has not yet been confirmed, the clues that have been identified by players during matches are similar to the clues given before the previous crossover events with Horizon: Zero Dawn and Resident Evil 2. Although details are lacking regarding exactly what form this crossover will take, as well as the dates that they may occur, the hints are scattered all over the map, and the most likely launch date would coincide with the opening of the film on May 31, 2019....

Legendary Animals now roam the lands, and conservationist Harriet Davenport will task the player with tracking and collecting wildlife across the five states. However, retired big game hunter Gus Macmillan doles out significant rewards for hunting and skinning these animals. “If your tastes favor fine clothing made from animal hides over the conservation of the natural world, Gus provides a wide range of options from the hauls you deliver,” said Rockstar Games in the announcement....

Rise of the Tomb Raider is coming to PS4 and PC next year, Square Enix has confirmed. The game will make its debut on Xbox One and Xbox 360 this November before arriving on PC in early 2016. It appears that PlayStation is welcoming two studios into the fold today as it’s emerged that Bluepoint Games is also joining PlayStation Studios. The revelation came as a result of today’s earlier announcement of the acquisition of Returnal developers Housemarque.
