October 2022 witnessed Rivian recall 12,212 of its electric vehicles due to wheel fastener problems. Some of the bolts connecting the upper control arm to the steering knuckle weren’t torqued tightly enough during assembly. As a result, they could work loose, causing wobbling or tilting wheels and making the affected EV hard to control. Blizzard’s popular hero-shooter Overwatch is finally coming to the Nintendo Switch on October 15. The game will run at 30 frames per second and will have parity with other versions, meaning that the Switch version will have just as much content as its counterparts on other consoles. Sony has bumped up its cloud storage limit for PlayStation Plus, offering a meaty 100GB of space to save your games. It’s a massive increase, seeing as how the previous limit was a comparatively meager 10GB. I mean, I have at least 10GB worth of Tekken 7 video clips documenting Kazuya’s rise through Orange ranks, just for the record. Then there’s all those War Thunder clips, too…. Ofcom has published its annual report into the UK’s online habits - including plenty of stats for how many of us are now playing online games, paying for subscriptions, and trying to beat Wordle. 39 percent of UK adults aged 16 or over play games online, Ofcom says, with 56 percent of children aged three to 15 playing games online. The average time spent each week playing games online was 7 hours and 33 minutes, including PC, console, VR and smartphone gaming....
