Blizzard has announced that its cross-play update is now live in Overwatch allowing players to compete across PC, Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch. As detailed a couple of weeks ago, you’ll need to link your console to your Battle.net account to take advantage. While the feature won’t be fully available for Competitive Play mode matches, it is in Quick Play, Arcade and Custom. Anyone who logs into the game before the end of 2021 will also get a free Golden Loot Box for their trouble....
Paramount is partnering with a Bay Area tech startup to bring true movie theater experiences to your home virtual reality system. Well, almost true. It’s still in VR, but at least you won’t have to leave your home. The news comes from Bigscreen, a tech startup that’s been using virtual reality technology to do big things. Sony has announced an “all-new on-console tournament experience” coming to PS5 “in the coming weeks, in select countries” - and you can see some of its new look just above. The Pokémon Company has revealed that the upcoming Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl will get a brand new area, Ramanas Park. This facility is an all-new addition for the remakes, and seems to be where trainers will be able to encounter Mythical and Legendary Pokémon. Ramanas Park will only be accessible to players once they’ve entered the Hall of Fame. The park is an area with mysterious caves containing pedestals that will allow them to summon specific Pokémon....

The humans have a standard first person shooter interface, with a map, directional HUD, the health and status of their team, and objectives; in this case, upload malware to the Stargazers network. Though the humans have the numbers, the Predator has agility, camouflage, infra-red vision abilities, and a big, blue explodey thing....
