In this game, players will have to build their own hospital or use predefined templates before jumping in as a doctor to heal the sick....

With Last of Us 2 on the horizon, developer Naughty Dog has decided to celebrate Outbreak Day with a free release for fans on the PS4, in the form of a brand new dynamic theme. This isn’t the first theme teased out by the team over at Naughty Dog, and with the release date finally revealed by the latest Playstation State of Play, players are eager to gobble up whatever The Last of Us Part 2 content they can....

Sony has officially launched its website for the PS5. To be more specific, Sony has launched the UK version of the PS5 website, and we assume that an American version is on the way alongside further international variants. The UK version of the PS5 website is currently a fairly simple landing page (which should go nicely with that incredibly simple PS5 logo that was recently revealed). The site currently consists of a short paragraph of text and a form where you can sign up for email updates about the PS5....

Let’s be honest, we knew that repairing the damage hackers caused to PSN wasn’t going to be cheap. Many originally assumed that the network was only going to be down for about a weeks time. Once word got out about how severe the damage was, we knew many Sony execs had a lump in their throat. Now financial analysts are asserting that those same execs will also feel some significant pain in their wallets....

Each Incursion you jump into in Rainbow Six Extraction will give you three objectives to complete, one in each sub-zone. One of these could be a ‘Shutdown’ objective that requires you to pick up and get a Foam Injector and take it to the Nutrient Node. Doing this will prevent the nests in the sub-zone from respawning by clogging up the root network that the nests use. The issue lies in trying to find the Foam Injector in Rainbow Six Extraction, as it’s not always clear where you’re supposed to find it....

It hasn’t even been announced yet, let alone released, but Rare employees seem to be unlocking achievement for a Xbox port of GoldenEye 007 that has yet to be announced. As spotted by our pals over at VGC, Xbox achievement tracker TrueAchievements has been tracking the unlocked - and public - achievements of BIGsheep, an alleged Rare developer who has been working through the game since October 2021. After a brief hiatus between February and April, the dev has most recently unlocked an achievement called “Merciless”, which awards you for killing an unarmed player in multiplayer....

Rockstar Games continues to add updates to Red Dead Online as the beta rolls on for the online portion of Red Dead Redemption 2, and this week’s updates include a new mode and some rare outfits. As detailed on the Rockstar Newswire, the new mode is entitled Spoils of War and sees up to 16 players duke it out to defend their stockpiles while trying to steal from the opposing team’s base to make it back with their loot for points....

Another Overwatch PTR patch was just released, which means Blizzard has implemented adjustments to some of its heroes. While the latest patch doesn’t do anything game-changing, it doles out more nerfs than buffs this time around. Whenever a new patch comes to the Overwatch PTR, players are quick to see if their favorite heroes are going under the knife, so to speak. Sometimes heroes come out significantly different than before, and often those changes make their way to the live game, such as the game’s latest patch that nerfed Hanzo and Reaper....

Payday 2: Crimewave Edition will release on PS4 and Xbox One in June, 505 Games and Overkill have announced. Based on the original Payday 2, the Crimewave Edition bundles in over a year’s worth of updates and DLC, including fan favourites The Big Bank Heist and Clover, the first female heister. The current-gen re-release will run at native 1080p on both platforms and feature an improved framerate – but it probably won’t hit 60fps....

The PS4 version of Payday 2 is set to receive a tonne of free and premium DLC packs today, 505 Games has announced, with the arrival of The Big Score bundle. Available for £29.99, The Big Score offers access to 10 premium DLC packs, including 3 new Heists, 2 new character packs and more. I always come to the same point at the end of year, looking back on all the games I’ve played picking out a few that stood out in my mind.
