Mike Rufail - CEO of Team Envy - took to Twitter yesterday to discuss the roster plans for the Dallas-based Call of Duty League team for the upcoming 2020 season. Team Envy is an esports organization behind both Dallas-based league franchises, the Dallas Fuel in the Overwatch League and also the upcoming Call of Duty League. In the tweet, Mike breaks down what the Dallas CDL team is looking for as well as their mantra going into the 2020 season....

Treyarch wants to reassure their PC community that Call of Duty: Black Ops will indeed be receiving them. Treyarch insists that these tools will be available to users on launch day. Persona 5 spin-off Persona 5 Strikers looks like it finally has an English-language release date, after a trailer was seemingly unvieled a little too ahead of time from the publisher Atlus. The unlisted video, which has since been removed but not before being spotted by Gematsu, reveals that the spin-off will be releasing on February 23, and will release on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and, for the first time, PC via Steam....

Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty will be a paid expansion. CD Projekt Red’s global PR director Radek Grabowski confirmed this news to GamesRadar earlier today. Grabowski did not comment on how much the upcoming expansion will cost, however he did note CDPR’s expansions are “traditionally cheaper than full-priced games”. So, we are looking at under the £60 mark (phew!). This news is in keeping with other CDPR ’expansion’ releases, such as The Witcher 3’s Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine, which both came with a price tag....

NIS America has announced that the demo for the localised port of the PS Vita RPG, Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana, is now available to download on the PSN Store in the EU and North America. PS4 gamers will get access to Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’s DLC Map Packs 30 days before other systems, Activision has announced. The exclusivity period is the same as that offered to players of Black Ops 3 on PS4. “We’re excited to say that PS4 owners will get DLC Map Packs 30 days early. So plan your upcoming holiday season weekends carefully,” said Infinity Ward communications director Eric Monacelli. As with previous Call of Dutys, Infinite Warfare is set to receive four new map packs following its launch this November, likely including new play areas for multiplayer and the co-op Zombies mode....

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet has leaked ahead of the game’s release on 18th. Photos of the game are circulating online after a player posted them to Twitter. The person leaking the game seems to have received their physical copy of the game early, as evidenced by them uploading a picture of the box.
