Publisher Chorus Worldwide has announced it’ll be bringing adventure mystery Read Only Memories: NEURODIVER to consoles and PC next year. The game is a sequel to 2015 cyberpunk thriller 2064: Read Only Memories. It’s set in the same city of Neo-San Francisco, and sees you playing as new character ES88. They’re a telepath who has the ability to dive into memories to track down a rogue psychic known as The Golden Butterfly....

Aurora Studio has just released the Season 6 Adventure Pass for their next-gen battle royale, Ring of Elysium. The pass is titled “Tactical Evolution,” and as you might expect from the name, it’s introducing new tactical abilities to the game. Blizzard Entertainment has launched the new Paris map for Overwatch, although there probably won’t be much time for love in the world’s most romantic city when you’re using its iconic sights as sniping positions and cover spots. The Paris setting joins the ranks of Overwatch’s Assault map lineup, and features a bunch of key locations. There’s an action adventure project called Raji – An Ancient Epic which is now on Kickstarter from developer Nodding Heads Games. Steeped in Indian Hindu culture, myths and legends, in this action adventure the protagonist is a young girl called Raji chosen by the gods to fight a demon invasion....

At the core of the Persona 5 experience is the player’s relationship with the Phantom Thieves, the group of Metaverse travelers stealing the hearts of those who deserve it. The bonds you form with your friends throughout the 100+ hour game make the narrative and story hit that much harder. It almost seems crazy to suggest that the Phantom Thieves would even benefit from another member, but with Persona 5 Royal promising a new thief in Kasumi Yoshizawa, the door is clearly open for new applicants....

Obsidian has pushed out a new video for Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire which specifically looks at the game’s features. In this video, there’s snipped of different game aspects including the promise of a deeper adventure, a look at companion selection, captaining your ship which looks interesting, and other bits and pieces. Pillars of Eternity 2 will finally arrive for the PC on 8 May and it’s looking quite tasty.

Platinum Games is exploring self-publishing with The Wonderful 101: Remastered, and would leap at the chance to self-publish a Bayonetta game (via Anime News Network). “I think ‘Bayonetta’ is a very important title for Platinum Games, so it’s an honest feeling that I would like to do it if there is such a chance,” explained executive director Atsushi Inaba in an interview with IGN Japan. “At that time, if there is enough money to compare with this crowdfunding I think that’s the question of whether we can do it ourselves, but it’s all good and when asked if we want to do it, of course we want to do it....

Of the many reveals that took place at The Game Awards, one of the most mysterious was for a new game from developer Brendan Greene, creator of popular battle royale shooter PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds.
