PlayStation has announced that it has enabled the sharing of game captures directly through the PS App for users in Europe and the UK. From today, players can now share screenshots or captured video clips directly via their smartphone once they’ve connected the app. Previously, anyone who wanted to share their captures would have to post them to social media and retrieve them from there. Pokémon Go will suspend its gameplay in Russia and Belarus for the foreseeable future, developer Niantic has now said. The game has already been pulled from app stores in those countries, while in-game functionality will go dark “shortly”. Niantic will also do similar for its other games, including its original title Ingress and Nintendo collaboration Pikmin Bloom. “We stand with the global community in hoping for peace and a rapid resolution to the violence and suffering in Ukraine,” developer Niantic wrote in a statement published via Twitter last night....

Developer/publisher 1047 Games has announced it’ll be extending the beta of free-to-play shooter Splitgate and delaying its full release until August following a hugely popular beta. The free-to-play arena FPS has been available in an early form on the PC for a couple of years and was due to launch as a full version on PC and consoles today.
