The console port has been handled by Double Eleven in partnership with Introversion, and promises a range of exclusive content not found in the PC game: Prison Warden Mode: Allows players to jump in and take control of one of several pre‐built prisons right away to get into the action faster....

Ninja Theory has revealed its final official trailer for Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice before its release in early August. The developers of Heavenly Sword, Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, and DMC: Devil May Cry, have also revealed that Hellblade will be a PS4 Pro enhanced title as well, which is great news for all you 4K tv owners out there. The developers announced on the game’s website that, ‘PlayStation 4 Pro players will have the choice between experiencing Hellblade with enhanced resolution or at a higher framerate of 60fps....

Zombie: Survive Till Dawn, PUBG Mobile’s crossover event with Capcom’s survival horror hit Resident Evil 2, is now live. The undead-flavoured event takes place on PlayerUnknown’s Battleground’s Erangel map, and switches things up by putting you in the midst of a 30-minute, PvE shootout populated by flesh-hungry walking corpses and Lickers – plus regular human-controlled opponents, of course. The Resi 2 mashup takes place across three days and two nights, with Raccoon City’s infected coppers becoming increasingly pissed off after the sun sets....

The RX 7900 XTX price is a welcome gift from AMD, who seem to be undercutting the RTX 4080 price by a significant amount. Despite being the card put forward to rival the 4080, the RX 7900 XTX is priced at $999. While the RTX 4080 cost an astronomical amount on launch – $1,199, the RX 7900 XTX is $200 cheaper. Even better than that, the RX 7900 XT is priced at $899, which is even cheaper than the RX 7900 XTX....

Ubisoft will unveil plans for Rainbow Six Siege’s Season 2 DLC during a live broadcast this Friday, 22 April, it’s been revealed. Responding to multiple users asking for info on the upcoming content, the Rainbow Six Twitter explained that the team “will have a special reveal for Season 2 during the 22APR Pro League live stream”. It then linked users to the Rainbow Six Twitch channel. According to an earlier roadmap, Season 2 had been due to launch in April, with two further seasons of content arriving in July and October 2016 respectively....

53% of all physical copies of Rainbow Six Siege sold in the UK during its launch week were on Xbox One, according to figures revealed by GFK Chart-Track. 47% were sold on PS4, with 0% of physical copies sold on PC. The figure should be considered a win for Microsoft, which has typically seen multiplatform titles sell more on PS4 at launch. Just Cause 3, for example, saw 55% of its physical copies sold on PS4 last week and 43% on Xbox One....

Return of the Obra Dinn, a first-person mystery set aboard an East Indian merchant ship in the 1800s, will arrive on Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 4 later this year. Developed by the creator of Papers, Please Lucas Pope, Return of the Obra Dinn was initially released for PC in 2018. A logic puzzle game, the player takes on the role of an insurance adjuster for the East India Company who must investigate a ship that has docked with all of its crew dead or missing....

Returnal’s PC release has finally been announced. During the pre-show of The Game Awards, the long-rumoured PC version of the PS5 exclusive was officially revealed. There’s no release date yet though, but it’s coming in early 2023. Piranha Bytes, the studio that brought you the Risen and Gothic series of games, has broken cover on their new game ELEX. The upcoming open-world RPG is coming to PC, PS4 and Xbox One on October 17 2017. There’s also a new cinematic trailer, dramatising the player’s journey ‘as they walk the line between the many character progression and faction choices that lay ahead’. These factions, so far, are the Berserkers in Edan, the Albs in Xacor, the Clerics in Ignadon, and the Outlaws in Tavar....
