Psychological horror indie Infliction will arrive on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Switch before the end of this year. One man dev studio Caustic Reality collaborated with publisher Blowfish Studios to release the haunting mystery game on consoles; you’ll be able to pick it up for £15.99 at launch (via Gematsu). Infliction is an ‘interactive nightmare’ where the player explores the mementos and hallways of a suburban family home, broken by tragedy....
Boss Key’s battle royale title Radical Heights has just received an update with Patch #2 and it adds a few more things to the game. First up there’s a new gadget called The Scanner which when deployed can temporarily show the last location of enemies within a certain radius on your minimap. A rare Pikachu Illustrator card has been purchased for a heady $900k, making it the most expensive Pokémon card ever sold. The card in question features a Pikachu adorably clutching a paintbrush as it stands over a painting of a Charmander (via Kotaku). The card is then offset with a holographic background. Its layout is much like that of a Trainer card, however the writing across it instead says “Illustrator”....

Rhino Hunt, a new GTA Online Adversary Mode is now available in-game, Rockstar Games has announced. In the new game mode a team of Sticky Bomb-wielding Hunters in dune buggies and other vehicles attempt to take down one or two Rhino tanks. The new mode is available in three different locations (selectable via the Adversary Modes section of the pause menu). A range of Rhino Hunt bonuses will also be in-game....

Playground Games co-founder and studio director Gavin Raeburn has left the company after 12 years. Microsoft shared the news in a brief statement today, first reported by Windows Central. It’s unclear where Raeburn is headed next. Raeburn leaves a company he co-founded back in 2009 and helped grow into one of Microsoft’s most important studios - home to the hugely-successful Forza Horizon series and, at some point, the next iteration of Fable....
Today Sony Interactive Entertainment announced another of its PlayStation “State of Play” broadcasts. It’ll air at 2:00 pm PST, 5:00 pm EST, 10:00 pm GMT, or 11:00 pm CET depending on where you live. The January 2020 update gives him Moltres, which seems like good news for trainers. However, the other party members might make for a troublesome fight. Pokémon Go developer Niantic is taking measures to hinder cheats that have been exploiting the mobile game, Pokémon Go Hub reports (via IGN). Previously flagged accounts are now no longer be able to see rare Pokémon in an area after a server-side security measure taken at the weekend. While this is definitely good news for the true Ash Ketchums out there, Pokémon Go Hub says that the third-party trackers that this is happening to are getting around it by simply creating new accounts....
