Spillover, Rainbow Six Extraction’s first limited-time Crisis event, is now live. In the shooter’s first - and free - post-launch content drop, Spillover, Operators must plant a dissolution agent canister to wipe out colonies of alien Sprawl. In all, there are nine Sprawl colonies to find across the map. As you may well expect, the mission requires stealth, strategy, and oodles of patience, and planting all nine canisters is no easy feat, as you’ll be routinely attacked by swarms of angry Archaeans....

Microsoft has announced the final list of games coming to PC Game Pass for January 2022. The news was nearly swallowed up by the announcement of the Activision Blizzard acquisition. Ubisoft’s long-running tactical shooter, Rainbow Six Siege, is coming to iOS and Android devices as Rainbow Six Mobile, and a brand-new trailer has just been released to make the announcement. This has been in development for over three years and was built from the ground up with mobile in mind, which means that controls and gameplay are altered to create a better fit for iOS and Android devices. So far, only two maps — Bank and Border — and 10 classic Operators have been confirmed, but more will be added in the future....

Access to today’s Rainbow Six Siege multiplayer beta will be granted in waves, Ubisoft has said, with additional players due to be added each day throughout the test. That means that even if you’ve pre-ordered the game and secured your key, you may not be given access as soon as the beta goes live later today. Ubisoft has not clarified how many people will be granted access at launch, or how quickly it will ramp up the player count afterwards....

Resident Evil Resistance is an entirely stand-alone asymmetrical 4v1 multiplayer game that comes bundled with the Resident Evil 3 base game. The first notion to keep in mind here is that Resistance is not canon, as Capcom has confirmed. Given that Resident Evil Resistance is not canon, many fans will hope Capcom releases future updates with new content, and some of Resident Evil’s most iconic villains could make great additions to this game....

Capcom has announced that their previously promised next Resident Evil Showcase broadcast will take place next week, on April 15. Of course, the focus will be on Resident Evil Village, with a new trailer and gameplay promised for the show, but also “a few other surprises” are teased for the show. In the meantime, as the teaser video below reminds us, the Resident Evil Re:Verse open beta has gone live today, meaning eager fans can get a taste of the multiplayer spin-off bundled with Village from now until April 11....

The fight against the Lords in Resident Evil Village continues, and this time you’ll have to beat Moreau. Despite being most of the way through the game, he’s only the second big boss fight. Much like Dimitrescu, he’s not hard at all, although he’s harder than she was. You’ll need to be a bit more careful and practical while fighting him.
