Though gamers are just now wading through the story of 1940s era crime in L.A. Noire, first hints at DLC have recently popped up as part of a midnight event ad listing. According to the listing, the first DLC case to be available for L.A. Noire will be titled the ‘Nicholson Electroplating Arson Case.’ Since Rockstar Games is much more focused on the retail release of L.A. Noire, the company is probably a ways off from confirming the existence of this DLC, but the company hasn’t shied away from the possibility of content releases later down the line....

It was all but confirmed that the third-person shooter Returnal would eventually head to PC and Steam. A SteamDB listing uncovered earlier this year hinted that this previous Playstation 5 exclusive would no longer be so and come to PC. Now, as announced in the 2022 Game Awards, this news was explicitly confirmed. The third-person shooter roguelike from Housemarque and Sony Interactive Entertainment, Returnal, is coming to Steam, and it is coming soon....

Michael Chu, lead writer on the colourful hero shooter Overwatch, will be leaving Blizzard after twenty years with the company (via VGC). Directing Overwatch’s narrative was a “life-changing” experience for Chu, and he commended the game’s community for their continued empathy, generosity, and openness. “I have always felt that games and the stories they tell have the unique ability to bring people closer together, and that the empathy you feel from stepping into someone else’s shoes, even virtually, can bridge the gap between miles, cultures, and nations,” he explained....

Konami has announced that it’s become the official video gaming partner of one of the most successful Spanish football teams in history, Valencia CF, for its Pro Evolution Soccer series. Platinum Games has gained a reputation for creating some of the most intense and over-the-top games to grace our consoles this generation.
