A video posted by Lord of the Rings and Hobbit director Sir Peter Jackson appears to indicate that the filmmaker will be directing a future episode of Doctor Who for the BBC.
Jackson has been linked to Doctor Who since former star Matt Smith suggested the link-up back in 2012, which the Oscar winner accepted.
The video posted by Jackson features himself chatting to his daughter Katie about an email from Doctor Who writer and producer Steven Moffat.
There’s even an appearance from Peter Capaldi and watch out for a surprise at the end.
