Sony has bumped up its cloud storage limit for PlayStation Plus, offering a meaty 100GB of space to save your games.
It’s a massive increase, seeing as how the previous limit was a comparatively meager 10GB. I mean, I have at least 10GB worth of Tekken 7 video clips documenting Kazuya’s rise through Orange ranks, just for the record. Then there’s all those War Thunder clips, too….
Anyway, the increase is a welcome addition, although it does come at a price. Well, sort of. Starting next month, Sony will no longer be offering PS3 and PS Vita games free as part of its PS Plus update, although we’ve known about that for a while now.
Still, Sony gave PS3 a great send-off for PS Plus, with Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots capping off its legacy freebies. Not a bad way to go, eh?
