Last week, Sony revealed the free PlayStation Plus games for February 2020, and PS Plus subscribers have been waiting to get their hands on these complimentary titles ever since. Fortunately for these fans, their wait has now come to an end, as the PS Plus February 2020 free games are now available for download, and indeed there are titles that many players will not want to miss included in this month’s offering.
Specifically, the PlayStation Plus February 2020 free games are BioShock: The Collection, The Sims 4, and Firewall: Zero Hour – a total of six titles when considering that BioShock: The Collection contains BioShock, BioShock 2, and BioShock Infinite. Typically, fans can expect to receive just two games per month through PS Plus, which makes February’s larger offering something of note.
For the uninitiated, the BioShock games are critically-acclaimed first-person shooters, with light RPG elements, and BioShock: The Collection gives fans access to the series in its entirety. Indeed, this collection is comprised of remastered versions of the three aforementioned BioShock titles as well as all of the games’ DLC, including BioShock 2’s Minerva’s Den and BioShock Infinite’s Burial at Sea
For players that are looking for something a bit more relaxing, The Sims 4 may be just what the doctor ordered. First released for PC in 2014, The Sims 4 is the latest in the legendary life simulation series, and while it is not the most beloved game in the franchise, some fans will be happy to pick it up, at no cost, as one of the free PS Plus games for February 2020.
Finally, Firewall: Zero Hour is a first-person shooter that released for PlayStation VR in 2018. Unfortunately, the game’s hardware requirements mean that not every PS Plus subscriber will be able to enjoy it, but those players that do have a PS VR headset may be excited to see Firewall: Zero Hour amidst this month’s offerings.
To note, the PlayStation Plus February 2020 free games will be available to download through March 2, at which time a brand new batch of titles will be made available. Of course, the exact games that will be included in the PS Plus March 2020 offering remain a mystery at this time, but if they are at the level of this month’s titles, many PlayStation 4 owners are sure to be satisfied.
