The Pokémon Go Tour Poké Ball Prep Rally sees the release of Hisuian Electrode into the game. With the first appearance of Hisuian Voltorb a couple of weeks ago, this means you can add another Hisui variant to your Pokédex.
Don’t worry if you haven’t caught a Hisuian Voltorb yet, because it will be appearing more frequently in the wild alongside the following Pokémon:

The Pokémon Go Tour Poké Ball Prep Rally event is running from Friday, 18th February till Friday, 25th February at 8pm (local time).
