To lean in Rainbow Six Extraction, you’ll need to be aiming down your weapon’s sights by pressing LT/L2.

When you’ve done this, all you need to do is press in the left analog stick (L3) to lean to your left, and press in the right analog stick (R3) to lean to your right.

To stop leaning when aiming down sights, simply press L3 or R3 again. If you’re leaning to the left, pressing L3 will return you to your upright position.
