Over the years, Capcom proved its status as one of the industry’s leading developers and publishers of video games. In its long history that dates back to the late 70s, Capcom has produced some of gaming’s most successful franchises such as Mega Man, Street Fighter, Resident Evil, Devil May Cry, and many more. Now, players who are looking for sweet deals on some of Capcom’s most iconic games would be happy to know that several of the company’s games are currently on sale for the PC.
The Humble Store is currently hosting a Capcom publisher sale right now. Headlining the sale is 2019’s Resident Evil 2, which is the remake of the game of the same name that was first released back in 1998. Resident Evil 2 is currently available at Humble for a cheap price of $19.79, which is 67% off its original list price of $59.99. Although the game is played via the over-the-shoulder perspective, Capcom developers recently revealed in a round table discussion that Resident Evil 2 Remake almost featured a first-person perspective, which was previously used in Resident Evil 7.
Another recently released Capcom title that is currently on sale right now is Devil May Cry 5. The game is also available for $19.79, which is 67% off its original price of $59.99. Devil May Cry 5 was released in March of 2019 and takes place five years after the events of Devil May Cry 4. The game was recently recognized last November during the Golden Joysticks Awards, where Devil May Cry 5 took home the award for Best Visual Design.

The announcement of Resident Evil 3 Remake also confirmed that the previously announced spin-off multiplayer title Resident Evil Resistance will be included within Resident Evil 3 Remake, and will release on the PC, PS4, and Xbox One, on April 3, 2020.
